01 Weeks 3-5

We expect loss to have kicked off. While unpredictable on the climb up to week 17, our benchmark is that once loss is kicked off patients see 1% - 2% loss every two weeks.

02 Weeks 8-12

Heading into month 3, we expect loss to be somewhere between 2.5% and 5% of your kick off weight. At 3 months in the program, we expect to see a loss of around 8% of your kick off weight.

03 Weeks 18-30

We expect to see consistent loss of between 1 - 2% every two weeks. This should be a steady period where you approach your goal.
